I would like to comment on todays service. I happened to be home during the service and watched 133943-JUAN SOTO apply my scheduled maintenance. What I noticed is that Juan did a fantastic job spraying my WHOLE YARD he did not skip or miss any spots at all (even in the rain) very happy on the job he performed. The reason I am telling you this is a neighbor of mine said you have to be careful and watch those guys they only do half your lawn at times. WELL I saw with my own eyes, like I said Juan did a great job Thank you Juan!!!!!

My rating is solely based on my conversations with Cindy from your customer service area. She has been great and is the only reason I haven’t cancelled at this point. Not sure who “Daniel” is from the local office. His service has been very disappointing.
Again, Cindy has been great. her follow up was a very pleasant surprise. I don’t know what is going on with the local office, but it really needs some serious management/corporate attention

I wanted to take the time to send Tru Green some great, positive feedback. Today, Tru Green specialist Jared Pelletier applied our lawn care services. Jared helped us with all of our questions that we had today. We were very happy and satisfied with all of his help, addressing our questions about our lawn service. Jared was very professional and knowledgeable in his work, and we really appreciated that. We were asking several questions that we had, and he also gave us options to what more we could do to address specific things with our lawn issues.
We think its great to see the company having great workers like Jared that take pride in their work and help us have peace of mind with everything with our lawn service. We don't always have the opportunity to talk to specialists, but when we do get the chance, in our experience, every Tru Green specialist that has been sent out to apply our lawn services have been great! Jared, and all of the specialists thru out the years that have serviced our lawn always seem to go above and beyond, and they all know their job! This speaks greatly about Tru Green as a company.
I feel Tru Green hires professional, knowledgeable specialists that help customers for those "spur of the moment" questions we may have when we see our specialist applying our lawn service. We don't always have questions, however, its nice to know we can count on Tru Green and their specialists to help us with any questions and concerns. There is a reason they are called specialists, as they specialize in their job, and it's nice that they take pride in their work and help with our questions, if and when some may arise. Jared performed our recent TruGreen service. The service was performed on time. Jared was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain what was done and to provide us with some expert recommendations. Our lawn is greatly improved since we started using TruGreen just last fall!
