Oz is exceptional. He provided service for my parents and sold me on the service. His attention to detail and his extensive knowledge has helped me tremendously in getting my lawn in the best condition I can remember.
Everyone who has worked on my lawn has been friendly and explains what they are doing. The automated number calls a few days ahead to make me aware of the service as well. Even though I have numerous people working on my lawn I feel I get the best care with TruGreen. I love that they offer mosquito treatment and tick treatment as well as the regular lawn services. I've never had a problem.
Employees are knowledgeable in their jobs and are always friendly and helpful. My last service was for Mosquito control on 7-10-17 and my service person was Dwane Jackson. It was raining and when I questioned him about the application he stated that he would return if the rain was greater then expected. Well it poured however I am not sure if he did return to reapply as I was not here. Have had no problems with the company and all the people I have worked with have been pleasant and I previously stated helpful.

I just wish the service can be done early in the morning because we have pets we let out later in the afternoons. It is stated on the account. The service should be done in the morning hours.
