My problem was that I could not read the slip that the tech left cause his printer only printed on one side, so I wasn't able to read what he had done. I wasn't sure if it was my tree service or the lawn service. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful. She read to me what it said. My suggestion to her was you need to get David Hobson a new printer for his truck.
