I appreciated very much my tree/shrub technician Manuel Villamarin who always gave me estimated time of arrival. He is willing to listen about the problem of my trees, and explain the treatments he plans to do. He is patient and thoughtful. After his service, he marks the date and T/S (tree/shrub) on the lawn sign to show he has been here. That is very useful. I hope he will stay working in my area.,
The only suggestion I may have for the Trugreen is that the receptionists ,who answer the phone, are more knowledgeable on the lawn or tree/shrub. They often gave out inaccurate info

The specialist Dwane if I may refer to him identified himself and sought to confirm the lawn treatment application that he was about to execute. I appreciate that he made sure that I was getting the application that was purchased. He afforded me the opportunity to point out the specific areas to avoid on the lawn and to ask a brief question. After addressing the immediate job at hand, he explained that once the seeding process was initiated, additional lawn applications like the one performed today would not be possible. The clarity he provided in terms of the process as a whole illustrated his comprehensive understanding of the Trugreen Complete package that was purchased. Upon his departure, he showed his commitment to customer satisfaction by emphasizing that an additional lawn treatment was possible within the corresponding time frame of the lawn project if the nutsedge persisted. Providing this type of continuity of service shows TruGreen's desire to create a sense of closure that solidifies the delivery of true professionalism.

I had the aeration/seed treatment.....I was greeted by the tech Kentrell Hurst 67836 who explained the application/treatment..........I explained my concerns and pointed out the areas of my lawn that needed special attention.....Kentrell was attentive and understoond.....He did a great job..He gave me some tips about watering and care......I will heed his advice and hope for some positive results

I am already disappointed with your company. The two to three times that your [people were here they were on my property less that 9 minutes. Do not know if in that amount of time how they treated to lawn.

So far I have been pleased with TurfMaster after many years and I hope that continues
with you. I am never too fond of change because very often it does not work out well. I
know that changes are based on the bottom line for the provider and the customer becomes
secondary.
The service person, Gary is very easy to work with, answers all questions, and gives advice on how to take care of the lawn.
