Tru-Green on Cape Cod out of the Dennis, MA OFFICE HAS BEEN VERY RELIABLE AND ALWAYS SHOWS UP WHEN THEY ARE SCHEDULED TO DO SO. We are very pleased with both the mosquito and tick control treatment as well as the Insect Control Treatment for bushes and trees, etc. The Caterpillars on cape Cod can be very destructive as well as very messy. Since we added that service on to our Flea/Tick treatment program the place is much better. Many thanks to the reps who come out and are so diligent in treating the property.
I wish I could say the same about the TruGreen service at our property in CT. Customer Service on the phone is great, but there’s always a no show or some kind of glitch. CT NEEDS TO GET ITS ACT TOGETHER. They made good yesterday on my free respray because the first spray of the season was totally ineffective. The woman who came out and did the spray was great. Someone had first come out in the morning sat in my driveway for 15 minutes and just left without an explanation. If CT Tru-Green doesn’t improve, and even though we prepaid for the year, I will go to another vendor for CT. Show up when you say you’re going to show up!! And call me. I have terrible cell sevice where I am so I would prefer a call or a text where I can at least get a real time answer. Thank you for what you do do correctly

when I am able to talk with the tedch, application is very thorough and I get an explanation of the service from him.
HOWEVER, AM DISAPPOINTED THAT WITH THESE PAST TWO AERVICES, TECHS SAID PRINTER IN TRUCK NOT WORKING. PLEase fix so we can get any instructions immediately.

I believe most of the credit today belongs to one of your specialists Rob Cohan, who takes a personal interest in his work. I can clearly see he enjoys what he does, and it shows. So far he has been here on 2 occasions and both times he checks out the lawn before starts, and if I am around, he asks if I have any concerns, He does a beautiful job! If there is any way you can keep him on my account, I would appreciate it. He has made all the difference!

I have been a TruGreen customer for approximately 26 years. On occasion I have a problem, last year I had an issue with grubs. In the fall I was on a watering ban, and could not have it repaired. this April, my lawn was aerated and seeded. The grass did not take. I had one of your agents Talen Newlove from New Hampshire contact me. He was very through on explaining to me how to care for the lawn when new seeding took place. He was the most experienced person I have ever talked with on how to take care of my grass properly. I unfortunately had another situation on the grass not growing and received another call from Talen. He once again dealt with me. I have never dealt with someone so business like, but was willing to take time to work with me. I was thinking of canceling, but after speaking with him, I have decided to keep the services. He is a true assets to your company. I seldom send complements like this, but created an online account just to send this survey for him

Convenient and worth the value.
Please give your technician a blower to blow the fertilizer pellets off my driveway and sidewalk. He needs to blow the fertilizer back onto the lawn before he leaves. I should not have to come home and clean my driveway and sidewalk.
