Overall my yard looks much better. First the weeds were taken care of a couple of years ago and now the grass looks better.
You keep us apprised of our upcoming services, come when you say you will come and perform the services efficiently.
Your specialists are always courteous and informative. Most recently we had a lime treatment by Kevin and tree service by Bill (hopefully I’m recalling the correct names!), and they were both efficient, and helpful, providing additional tips for us for upkeep.
I also called the office to request a different lawn treatment going forward but I had to ask several times before you made the switch, and I have unwanted herbicides on my lawn.
All in all, you are easy to deal with. I have a large landscape and I couldn’t manage it without your help!

Lawn looks great, the only thing I ask is that I be informed of what service was performed. For example I get an email telling me that you serviced the lawn but the email doesn't tell me what service i.e. grub, fertilizer, pesticide etc.
