This visit I was able to talk with Johnnie Chow when he came to do my lawn service. We maintained a social distance but Johnnie gave me an evaluation of my lawn and some of my ornamentals. I especially like the comments and tips Johnnie leaves with the information about what services he performed; those are golden and almost always have some important tips for improving my lawn. I always look forward to seeing Johnnie Chow and getting important lawn care tips.
Communication is good, which dovetails into scheduling, responding to inquiries, and being very transparent. Will also respond to any/all issues expeditiously.

I like it when you send out people who explain what and why they are doing in the service today, Earl Jackson talked to me on the phone while doing his job to explain what he was doing today and let me know how long to keep the dogs in until things dried. I appreciate that more than anything. I wish a note was put on my ticket or i was called each time to know whether the dogs have to wait to go out and how long. He was a pleasure to work with and a great example to follow by other employees.
When you send out someone who takes the time to talk to you about the service they are providing you, it helps alot. I appreciate it. Even with what is going on now, he took the time to call me while he was working to tell me what he was doing and what to look for after the service. If I had any problems to please call and let the office know. One thing that was very impressive was he recognized the fact that I had dogs (he could hear them on the phone) and let me know how long to leave them in before letting them out after the treatment. That means a lot (they also got bones with my invoice, what a guy!!!!) This terrific representative for Trugreen is name: Earl Jackson. Thank you Earl!!
