I have encountered many of your tech's over the years but he is far and above the most pleasant and professional of them all. A wonderful person to encounter. i have been a customer of TruGreen since July-2012. I am very pleased with the service that I have received. I have received many compliments on how wonderful my grass and shrubs look. I am proud of how my lawn compliments my home. Whenever I have had a need to reach out to customer service, I am treated very nicely and professionally. All of the service people that have come out have taken time to answer questions that I have asked in a kind and understanding way. Whenever I am in doubt of a treatment, it has been explained to me in a way that I can understand and therefore I can make an intelligent decision on what I need to plan for. Thank you TruGreen for allowing me to have a beautiful lawn. One that I can be proud of.

My lawn was serviced by Aaron V He was very good at calling to let me know he was about to service my laswn . I was told what service he was to perform and I also gave instruction about my concerns and I saw that he paid attentions to that area. I rate him a 10!

It seems the representatives are very engaged in doing a great job. Their pre- prep will tell as soon as the season starts. I'm hoping for a beautiful lawn in the spring.
