Johnnie Chow did a great job! He made note of the weeds present in the yard, and that they should die out in warmer weather. However, if I need another treatment to feel free to call. We do need to get these particular weeds in the yard under control so they do not even emerge in late winter and early spring because they simply choke out the grass. Then, when the weeds do die out out there are bare spots where the weeds were. It's the same cycle every year, but slowly getting worse. Thanks!
Johnny is wonderful
I am very impressed with the tailored approach to restore my once patchy and canine tortured yard. In less than 2 years we have a beatiful backyard we enjoy thanks to the diligence of the techs that treat the property. Whether it's killing weeds, insects or bugs we've had no complaints. More importantly, thank you for the excellent customer service and working with us when our finances took a bit of a hit duing the pandemic. We are very greatful.

I thought they had not done the back and side yard of the property; but after reviewing out security cameras I could see that they did in fact cover those areas. Today was our first Tru Green treatment and I am excited to see what you can do for our lawn. I was outside when Johnnie Chow arrived. He was very courteous and we had a discussion (while maintaining social distancing) about my lawn's current state and what he will do to make it look better and more healthy. I forgot the kids were playing in the backyard and Johnnie reminded me about this. I believe he thinks about safety first which builds my trust in him. Our front lawn is very green and seems to be free of weeds for which we are grateful. Also Trugreen people are prompt and efficient and always leave the message telling us what they applied to our yard.

We have never used a lawn service at any of our previous homes, as I have always self-maintained. When we purchased our new home ( a 1940's Cape Cod on a corner lot in a highly sought after neighborhood, it had been previously owned by a couple who used it for housing for their college children), the yard had not been properly maintained or managed for over 6 years!
We thought (properly so!!) that utilizing the services of a lawn care company would be our best solution to make the yard look as it should. In just 1 year, the difference has been amazing!!
We have NEVER had a better looking lawn! In fact, our mailman (who sees HUNDREDS of homes on his daily route walking through our City) commented just this week that OUR yard is one of the FINEST looking in the City of Fredericksburg! Now, THAT is a compliment!!
