The tree and shrub service today (9/9/2022) was performed by Aja Jamerson. This was the second time that Aja had treated our trees and shrubs. Unfortunately I was unable to speak with Aja I appreciate the detailed report of the comments and the fertilization treatment undertaken. I am confident that Aja's efforts will build on top of TruGreen's past treatments to contribute to the continued great condition our trees and shrubs are in.
The visit on 8/31/222 was less than satisfactory not addressing the weeds in my yard and not treating them, not talking to me even though I was home and not leaving any evidence (note on the door, Tru Green sign) of the Tech ever being there.
When I called to ask for another visit, you were exceptionally responsive and accommodating scheduling a free visit on 9/8/22. Your made sure the Tech spoke to me so I could show him all the weeds the previous tech missed.
55137-MICHAUD BRUTIS was the tech this time and he did the job correctly. Pleasure to do business with him.

Jake and crew member (Branch # 5110) did a great job aerating and over-seeding. Jake asked me to rate him...and gave me the form to do so, but I could not find where to do that on the website! I'll call the local office.
Our front lawn has never been more weed free. Our back lawn still has some challenges but we blame the dogs and 3 boys, not TruGreen

You all do a very good service on the yard and trees/shrubs but the mosquito service billing is a mess, I was getting calls from different TG managers offering different prices for the same service, someone offered a free service which I never got and some offered just a discount. The mosquito service works and I really like that I can sit anywhere in my yard, but please get the billing correct!
