The service tech who treated my lawn was very professional. He was a pleasure to work with. I believe this service was supposed to be to evaluate and treat the 5 foot circular "burn" in my lawn that I contacted trugreen about last week. The tech explained he was new and didn't know what the best treatment for the damaged lawn would be so he advised he would take a picture and contact his supervisor. I believe he retreated the entire lawn with the exception of that dead area.

I was very pleased with my TruGreen specialist (Jasmine Chew) today. She took the time to address my questions and was conscientious while treating the shrubs/trees and careful while pulling the hose (ie. so it wasn't pulling against other shrub branches/trunks). I would defintely be very comfortable in having her be my assigned TruGreen specialist for my shrub/tree treatment program. I've had many different TruGreen specialists through the years and she was one of the best ones I have dealt with.
There are alot of brown spots in my front and side yard.

Quick, Quiet, Effecient.
I like your "track the truck" app, however, on two recent trips (by the same driver) the app did not work. The driver blamed it on "too many trees." I don't buy that because I've tracked all the other trucks. I reported this, but sadly got no response from management.
My yard looks great and I appreciate the fall over-seeding service. Since I live in an area with many trees, management schedules our area early, before the leaves fall.
