There was a little evidence of weed kill, but the violets are spreading and do not appear to be affected by the weed control applications. The brown areas are starting to recover.
My lawn looks great compared to before I started with TruGreen. Weeds are gone. Lawn is healthy.
All the staff that I have spoken with has been informative and easy to contact. The work is completed quickly and without interruption to our work schedules

Shawn Walker was an excellent Specialist and we actually spent a few minutes to talk about the service and confirm a few things of the service. Time was excellent and informative. Great Specialist by all means.
Specialist shows up on time. Comes to door to review service details. Today, I informed him that another TruGreen specialist was coming the same day to aerating and seeding. So, he fertilized only, no weed killer as that would impact seed germination. That worked out well.
But, I would have thought the scheduling department would have picked this up and coordinated the two services.
The problem we had with mosquitos has been significantly reduced by the spraying by Trugreen.
The fact that our yard looks better now than it has for a long time. You seem to know
what has to be done and when and it shows. Much easier than us doing all the work!!
I have cards that were left with me to "Rate Your Specialist" but I didn't find that tab on your page to rate them. We apparently have 2 specialists: Lawrence K. and Ray and they do a great job.
The technician than came today, Ingram Bellamy, was very. very helpful. He explained in detail what he was going to do and took the time to let me point out some weeds in the backyard that had come up. He discussed what he wanted to do with me and went out of his way to make sure he treated all the areas.
James Hoffmaster is excellent. Does a great job and is very customer-service oriented.

Both James Hoffmaster and Grover Claure seem genuinely interested in assisting us to keep our lawn and shrubs healthy. While not always able to talk to them I find them informative and helpful when I do.
I like the ability to consult with my TruGreen guy about how to optimize the service from the Homeowners side.

Service personnel have been well informed and have been willing to take time to address various issues related to care of the property.
Our grass has stayed green and there are FAR fewer weeds.

There was a problem with my Monday, 8/7, sprinkler appointment. I sent feedback to your website concerning the problem By that same afternoon, I heard from Bucky Shabani. He was very polite and after discussing what happened and his apology, I rescheduled for today, 8/11. This morning Austin Montgomery came to my house and checked out my sprinkler system. He was very polite and professional.
I do realize we are all human and make mistakes. It is how the mistake is handled that makes the difference. I appreciate Bucky and Austin's professional support.
I will highly recommend TruGreen to friends and neighbors.
