Detail description of what service you performed, it’s efeect on the lawn, comments/observations on the condition of the lawn, and what needs to be done to improve the lawn. Your routine service kept my lawn green and in good condition.
I like my technician Fabio Curzi he takes care of my yard and it looks spectacular. He always explains each service and takes care of any problems. I would have to say that Fabio is the main reason I continue with TruGreen. If I want a question answered I ask Fabio, I do not contact the local office because they never seem to know what's going on and can't answer simple questions. I have even been told that "Fabio no longer works for TruGreen" Fabio has been my technician for over 12 years so I only deal with him.
I like very much the service when is provided by your special person Fabio, but now you are not sending me Fabio all the time so I am not happy about that.

Your staff are professional and courteous. You communicate your service dates and times early enough and keep to the schedule, or inform me in a timely manner if there is any change. I am especially impressed by Craig Hambach, Branch 5729, who is clearly an expert on plant pests and disease. He has helped us save innumerable plants by recognizing problems early.

The results are noticeable after only a few months of treatment.
You notify me a day or two before a treatment.
You leave a plastic stake in the lawn warning dog-walkers, etc., about pesticides. HOWEVER, the yellow notification card does not keep its shape for more than a day or so; then it curls and no one can read it, so it becomes essentially lawn litter.
Your personnel have always been polite and personable.
My technician, Fabio, is first rate! He is conscientious, hard working, professional, and courteous. You switched me to someone else who ruined my yard. I was ready to leave Trugreen and you brought back Fabio. The lawn has recovered. Keep prices reasonable and Fabio on the job and you'll have me as a long-term customer.
