Josh Gordon did a superior job on my aeration and seeding service on 9/22/2021! That is the reason for my rating of a 10. He took his time with both the aeration and seeding to do a complete job, not missing any spots. He could have rushed through and gotten finished much sooner. Not only that - he took time to talk to me about the service when he was finished (at a safe distance). Thanks and appreciation to Josh! He deserves a raise!
I was tempted to assign a lower score because I have experienced some lack of communication within TruGreen over my years with the company. I have had difficulty getting an expert to come out to assess my lawn. This time it finally worked! I asked for shade tolerant grass seed (which TruGreen itself recommended several times) – and got it! Ads say that TruGreen gives service personalized to your lawn, but not easy to actually get it.
Great customer service by the field technician and great communication from the call center.

Your specialist 1027 Randhir Chand came to my property a fewdays back to treat my trees and shrubs. He answered many of my questiona about certan issues I had. He was very knowlegible had lot of patience and responded all my questions satisfactorily . You have hired this type of employess who really care about the health of our trees and shrubs. I wish him well. Would like to work with him again if I need to.
