She verbally confirmed and agreed to put the following confirming note in my account for future years pre-payment amount and services described hereunder.
"We will honor the same annual pre-payments for future years and same services; consisting of six lawn fertilizing and weed control, one annual aeration and seeding, and one grub control".

You must be doing it right on your part. We get compliments on how well the yard looks. We have the aleration and seeding done for less than you charge. You are expensive. We have considered a less expensive service. Fixed income imposes limitations.

I like the phone call the day before and always there promptly when stated. Lawn looks great, with the exception of some hard to kill weeds in my backyard. I believe they are called wild ivy?? purple flowers and very hard to get rid of.
