Calvion has always been great at letting me know what he thinks is needed and explaining what he is putting down on the lawn and why. After about 8 months, I see a big difference in the way the lawn looks. I like that he is the same tech that comes out each time.
Fabio is always pleasant, knocks on the door, actually treats me like a valued customer. Also, he is very thorough in his application, doesn't cut corners.
We would like to have you know that your specialist, Kristopher Westphall, is doing exceptional service and is a fine representative of your company. Our lawn is looking so good and he is working on spots that are not growing well due to too much shade. We appreciate his comments about our lawn and his recommendations about how we can help make the lawn better. He seems to care about the work he is doing and that is not always the case, unfortunately, in some companies these days. We believe he should be recognized for a job well done. Thank you.

Kenny Lewis does a great job and is very responsive. I have spoken to management in the past on some issues and they also have always responded in a positive manner. The quality of service is good as well as my lawn always looks great.
The only aspect that is somewhat annoying are the men who call to sell additional services occasionally have been too pushy.
