TruGreen has been great. They are very reliable and easy to work with; especially thru the mobile app. Anytime I've need to speak with someone they have provided excellent customer support.
Most importantly my lawn, trees, and bushes have never looked better. Just remember - this didn't happen overnight. My lawn care expert developed a multi-year plan that included lawn treatment and fall aeration and seeding. There are not short cuts - but the results have been amazing.

It would be very helpful to be notified a few days ahead of time so I may have my yard guy blow the leaves off the lawn so the lawn treatment will benefit the grass instead of the fallen leaves from the trees!
And to delay my yard guy from mowing the yard
right after lawn treatment.

Lawn care is great. Not a fan of perimeter spray. I’m seeing more pest in home. Since the service began. Not continuing that service.
You don't try to oversell and you listen to the customer. You understand that when the weather is not cooperative that rescheduling or returning to redo the service are options. The price is a little pricey, but worth it when needing to talk with customer service.
TruGreen has been servicing my yard for approximately six years and the service is consistent and thorough. My lawn has shown a great improvement during that time.
