My technician, Robert Collier, called in advance to advise me that he would be walking around my property to apply perimeter pest control so I wouldn't be surprised to see him there. I appreciated that notice. Robert regularly comes to my home to perform this service and is always thorough, effective, and professional. I appreciate his fine service.

The digital summaries from the specialists are always helpful. The app and the ability to see when the specialist is coming as well as the ease of rescheduling is also helpful.
