They show up and do the job.
The service notifies you when they will be servicing your lawn. They text you with information when they are enroute. This can be viewed online with more specifics as to when they are arriving. They leave a summary of services rendered and will respond to questions when present.
The last attendant covered all areas of the yard to include side yard near kitchen and back yard that is fenced. These areas are easily missed and needed attention most as they have a lot of clover instead of grass that has overtaken these areas. Appreciate feedback from the person applying the formulas needed at that time.
Smarn Ubolvivat is the best technician ever. He takes time to explain issues and offers suggestions to fix and prevent problems. Great guy!!!!

The TruGreen reps are on time and very polite. They leave feedback at the end of their treatment. They answer questions if asked and explain if questioned.
Your service people always come when they are scheduled. If we are outside, they are pleasant to talk to. They do their job efficiently.

My service has been good, the appointments regular and except for some thin grass in the front yard I'm looking good.
Our lawn looks very nice. We're recovering from a remodel that destroyed a large portion of yard. Still struggling with unwanted weeds, but grass is re-growing.

Concerned that my yard is being consumed by Sodworms before my very eyes and technician stated he saw no sign of Sodworms eating on leaves!
Everything is on a schedule so I don’t have to worry about it. They have the knowledge of what my lawn needs.
I appreciate the receipt left after the treatment which tells me what was done and what I can/should do to enhance the work done. I also appreciate the 'heads-up' texts advising when to expect the technician.
