Love our TruGreen lawn care men, Sean (Tree & Shrub) and Damien (Lawn)! They are always polite, on time, and informative. They are the reason we use TruGreen. There are numerous other companies providing similar services but they can't provide better specialists than Sean and Damien.
Service tech Huzani Sesay has been taking care of our home's outdoors for a number of years. He is friendly, knowledgeable, customer focused, and professional with how he manages our trees & shrubs, of which there are many. He clearly understands the pests & diseases that challenge south Texas outdoor environments as well as the nutritional needs.
The service is great, my lawn and trees are doing well. Mr. Micheal Pennell is a great tech and very respectful. He has always explained what he is doing and takes a personal interest in the well being of my lawn. Thank You, and keep up the good work.

The company seems to be going through some changes. Things seem very unorganized. The only consistent and great thing about tru green in my shrub and tree specialist micheal. I know him as Sean. I request home every time. He goes above and beyond normal service. He takes time to chat with me about my tree needs. He is fantastic and I probably would not be with tru green if he leaves.
Cleburne Swilley was very helpful today with his service call. He did an excellent job with explaining what he was going to do and answered some questions about some of my plants.

Joshua Bontrager notified us of his arrival. He spoke with me prior to lawn treatment and answered all of the questions I had during the service. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He used the spray from the truck for the entire service. I was impressed. You could tell he knew how to apply and service the entire lawn. In the past... a technician used a hand held little spreader on a couple of spots in the front yard, stuck a note in the mail box and was gone in 2 minutes.
