Usually, it is very effective and prompt.
However, I was charged for an aeration service on August 11, 2021 that was not done.
Service was fine. Seemed to be thorough.
I noticed that the registration on the truck your service technician is driving today expired on 06/20. So how do you get away without registering your vehicles for 14 months! The amount of money you charge for your service should cover paying for the registration of your vehicles.

My grass in front yard looks 100% better after using Tru Green
I have been a customer for two years now. The product of the first year of service was not great, and the lawns suffered from a severe winter freeze this past winter. But, regular treatment, particularly fertilization, has brought the lawn to a very nice state.
I like the fact that you usually give me about a 48-hour heads up before you come out. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that you didn't this last time!
