I like that I do not need to figure out how and when to fertilize our lawn. I also like that I do not need to be home for services to be performed. I also like the written record of the materials applied to the lawn.
Most of the time reliable but sometimes I do not get a call when the service is coming. I hae an answering machine and like to know. This past visit the fellow came late afternoon. Most of the time the service man comes in the morning. Took me by surprise when I saw him in my back garden. On the note he left on the door it said that due to covid he didn't come to the door to announce himself. However, his note was informative.
I also like the way TruGreen works with me on price. Very much appreciaed.

The TruGreen specialist always does an excellent job. He leaves a detailed report of the chemicals he uses, the quantity, and the purpose of the chemical.
The printed receipt was hard to read as Bill's printer left blank areas with no ink. Please make sure the receipt is readable.
