Pre-visit auto calls with date, time and service. Techs that are willing to spend time explaining what they did and answer any questions I might have. Managers who are responsive to my concerns when a tough disease like "fungus" invades my yard. Prompt billing. And of course green grass and shrubs! 😃

My lawn in 78109 was not in great shape. I had re-sodded it last year and most of the lawn survived but definitely could use some help. I contacted TruGreen and the lawn now looks very much better. It still has a few spots that need to fill in, but the grass is green and spreading. I am very happy with the service. I always get a notification call a day or two before and an email telling me what they did. A manager stopped by the other day to look it over and talk to me about what could be done. The service people are always very professional - and nice!
I would highly recommend the TruGreen services. I decided to also have their mosquito spray service and I am delighted. We have a medium size deck and the mosquitoes were terrible! Now I just don't see them and better still don't get eaten alive.

I attempted to find the "How am I doing" to take the survey suggested on my customer service papers but did not find it. I did take a survey that was presented to me when I first visited the site but not logged in. I want to particularly note the work Noah Pritchard did this morning. He explained in detail the actions he would be taking this day PLUS he asks if I had any additional questions or comments. I did and we talked about them. He answered them fully in terms I understood completely. Since it was an early treatment this day, I had the opportunity to watch him accomplish his duties. He did his tasks very throughly. He is a very nice young man and is a great representative of your organization.
