Twice now i have had the pleasure of working with Specialist 54837 - Javier Madrigal. He is kind, pleasant and knowledgeable. We first met during my second Trugreen treatment, Javier arrived at a time when i had other yard work in progress (tree trimming). Javier was gracious and accommodating; he worked around the other crew and their mess, but still made a point to do a thorough and complete job before he left. We spoke about some of the more pervasive, undesirable weeds/grasses and took it upon himself to schedule and perform a follow-up this past weekend. Which brings me to my second personal meeting with Javier, this past weekend. It was a surprise that Trudy contacted me Friday to announce a treatment on Saturday. I assumed Trudy was wrong, but on Saturday, there was Javier working on the tough undesirables. It was then that i learned Javier has scheduled a follow-up to be sure these weeds would be toast soon. Perhaps these follow ups are a common practice for Trugreen and for that i applaud you, but i cannot applaud you enough for having such a kind, conscientious and dedicated associate like Javier. I would like to give Angel, my lawn tech, a big shout out. He spent time explaining what he was doing to my lawn and why. He even called his manager to discuss why the diseased areas of our lawn are taking so long to respond and bounce back with new growth and well grass. Lawn looks better than if I do it, or try to, are in our 80's and he has lost all interest in the yard.
With the help of Trugreen and our grandchdn, we have a yard that I can enjoy, also keeps me busy.
I get the call to unlock the gates, workers are polite if we are home when they come, can see the application, if granular, know they are trying to do their job well, get the job done and are gone.
