My scrubs Are Thicken it up, looking more fuller. There’s no gaps between shrubs. Also, the burning bushes are looking good, as always. And the young man that you send to treat the bushes and shrubs does a good job always. Also he sprays the vines, that’s on the side of the driveway. And they are looking good

Dead simple, great communication, easy rescheduling. My lawn was a wreck when we bought the house and after several months of trying to get it back in order I gave up. Very happy with the service and all of the service providers who have come to our home have been great. Was out of town this last time and when we returned I checked the gates to make sure they were latched before we let the dogs out. All gates were latched and they even made sure to put the carabiner on the latch (we forgot before we left). That extra attention to detail is very appreciated.

I like that when i called to remind technicians to do backyard as well as small front yard, Customer service got right on it. I was NOT happy that i had to wait on hold for about one hour.
Service techs need no interaction from you and do a very professional job and respect your property. The link sent in a text message with live update of arrival time is very accurate.

They do their job and give me a reminder call when they will be at my home.
The local branch in Lansing Michigan - managers are doing it right. Call center that things drift to is horrible. Much better if local units answered direct calls if possible. Call center people have limited resources to help and a few try to bluff through issues. All are very polite but when upset when calling anyway I want quick response and action not 1-2 days and a manager may call back. That is poor customer service. Again not the issue when dealing locally, they have their processes together and help.

First of all, I dont have to worry about when to fertilize and what fertilizer to use. It's taken care of for me. My lawn looks great and I love the tips I receive in how to improve my lawn. Mosquito spray is the BEST!! With woods in our backyard it takes care of them hands down!
