For one, the techs do not ride go carts when they applying product. I also believe over the years I have had good results at a reasonable price.

Importantly I am able to communicate with the local franchise when the need arises and they
are responsive to my individual requirements.

I would like an added option for a thatch removal service as specific issues with my yard prevent using aeration.

Anyway, a long term satisfied user. My name is not to be used publically and I rarely do surveys. I am doing this one because of Jackie's exceptional local customer service.
