Everything happens automatically, I First name removed't have to arrange service or manually pay a bill. I First name removed't need to be home when service is provided. It seems costly at the outset but I have one of the best lawns in the neighborhood and Trugreen keeps it green and weed-free. The mosquito service works great! We can sit outside in the evenings. Now if you could just help with the biting flies...

Excellent customer service
I think the service technician does a very good job of applying the materials to my lawn and answering my questions.
My 5/13/21 service did not start with a call on the prior day informing me of an upcoming application,i had specific info concerning freshly seeded areas not to be treated with weed abatement product.My service tech Dave observed the areas in my front yard and avoided treating these areas.However the mobile equipment he used could not access my backyard due to gate dimensions.He informed me that he would report the skipped treatment to that area and another treatment would be scheduled for that area.No contact by Tru Green has been received since.Attempts to reach Tru Green by phone have not been successful due to extended wait times.Contact by phone prior to upcoming treatments are crucial as I have to monitor children using my yard space.Please contact my home contact number to rectify this issue.Once I have received contact i may provide an alternate number where I can be reached.Thank You,Name removed

I like that I can ask a question and the service people seem knowledgeable. If I could make a recommendation please remind your techs to be more careful around plants and to try to keep the solution off the house primarily a 4 season room.

I am with TrueGreen for long time more than 18 years. I am happy with service. However, this year my lawn is not great because of weeds. 10 days back truegreen has added weed control, if does not work in next week, I will call truegreen and request to repeat the service

Over the years I have been very pleased with the TruGreen service. All of the service techs have been very pleasant and did a thorough job. That is, until today. I saw the service vehicle pull up the house but did not see the Tech (Shavon M truck 212082) service the front yard (not in a position to see outside other than the end of the driveway). From a rear window, I observed her enter the backyard. I had recently reseeded a small area that had many bare spots from our dog that passed away last fall. I had "CAUTION" tape around this area while the seed germinated and began to grow. There was room on either side to get further into the yard. She stepped right over the tape without hesitation. She then went about half way to the back of the yard and part way to the south side, but not even close to the property line, turned and activated her sprayer and walked towards the north property line. Again, she did not come close to the north property line with her spray. Nor, did she go anywhere near the back property line, let alone the old alleyway that is now part of our property (and has been for several years) and been service in prior years by other techs. She then walked back the driveway gate, walked through the taped off area, again and left.
I realize that it was raining and maybe she didn't want to be in the rain too long. I also realize that with the COVID pandemic, many businesses are having trouble finding qualified staffing. But, this employee was just going through the motions and not doing a quality job for TruGreen, nor the customer (me).
