I don’t specifically get to see the services performed as I am just the office manager of the company. But I do interact with the TruGreen team for various reasons and I have to say that Jennifer Parker and Justin Goyt are great. Always a pleasure to deal with and always so friendly.
This is our third summer with you and we believe the yard is in better shape because of it. The only comment I'll make about the latest treatment is that it didn't occur on the original date. The service wasn't performed, according to the feedback we received, because landscaping services were already being performed when the associate arrived.
This is not true. Our lawn guy was not there that day which is the only service we have performed. There WAS a service truck parked in the street in front of our house, but this was for a consultation with my husband. There was no work being done in our yard and the associate should have easily observed this or asked if there was a question. It was annoying to me because no one spoke to us about it to get clarification.
Because of the holiday weekend, the service wasn't performed until about 6 days later. Again, a simple question asked by the associate would have cleared matters up instantly instead of an incorrect assumption based on a truck parked in front of our house.
My applicator is Rob Remsing. He has serviced my account on two occasions. Rob is the best. His knowledge of a lawn and what to apply is the most thorough of anybody I have used for the past 5 years. I request he be my applicator as long as he is with TruGreen. Thanks for sending out to redo what a previously applicator did not do. I request he be my sole contact with your company.
