Tyler Goss did a real good job when he came last time. The weeds are dying better than usual and he followed the directive as to what to do. I only issue I have was that he put fertilizer on and I don't want that done.
The service always calls ahead to let you know when they will be coming. If I am home, the serviceperson will come to the door to tell me what has been done at that visit and lets me know that I can call if I spot something in the yard that did not respond to the treatment applied during that visit.
You call ahead and are friendly.
TruGreen lets me choose how applications I want.
1. When Trugreen sends competent Specialists like Richard Hackenberg (18346). Then my lawn doesn't get fertilizer burn or scorch. 2. The phone call from "Trudy" alerting me to an upcoming service. 3. The detailed report of the service provided always left at my door.
Service by Skip was very good. Professional, friendly and well informed.
Your frequent increasing of price of service and large number of applications are pushing me closer to changing companies or applying products on my own. I am only going to pay so much for lawn care, particularly when I do not want to incur the cost of watering during drought conditions. I am very near my limit.
