My rating is in reference to Elysia Wiley, one of your customer service representatives.

She intervened in my case which involved grub damage to my lawn. The grass had died so I removed it and built a flower bed. My local Tru Green representative surveyed the damage and put down more grub control, but of course this did nothing to restore my grub-damaged lawn.

Elysia contacted me after I reported my dissatisfaction on a survey. She listened, took my concerns seriously, and was supportive. Elysia proposed a reasonable settlement that demonstrated both her commitment to me personally and to making sure I was satisfied. She is a model of what customer service should be, but seldom is. Because of Elysia I have decided not to cancel my service, and look forward to working with Tru Green in the future.

You are the most reliable company , if I call for something needed attention you are back the same day you are awesome congratulations.

We have two dogs and your employee came by to spray our Nuisance Pest Control, just as the dogs were being let out after being cooped up all day. We asked if they could re-schedule us. It was no problem and not an issue. Although we are not in the habit of requesting your people to come back, to me, if you can work with your clients busy lives, while doing your jobs so well, that is definitely appreciated!
