Gary Slick arrived on July 31 at the door and kindly explained the service that he planned to complete today.

I like it all.
Makes my life much easier not having to worry about weeds in my lawn and if the people are going to show up or not. TruGreen is always on time and they text you to let you know when they're going to be at your address.
Luis Reyes is the perfect example of what trugreen is all about. His attention to detail in his rout prepping for the morning and delivery of products is beyond expectations. If every tech was this good trugreen could charge 5k per account and people would pay it all day!
You let us know ahead of time when you’re coming and we barely see any mosquitoes

Christopher did a GREAT job. He actually knows what sedge/nuts edge looks like and treated w/ a appropriate sulphur based sedge killer. ALong w/ appropriate weed killer for crabgrass, chickweed, and other weeds predominant in my yard
I'd like to have the weeds killed in a variety of spots. Even 21 days after application weeds are still there.
All the above in a positive way

This year we have had the pleasure of having Jeffery as our specialist and he has been doing a fabulous job. The specialist we had las tear Lauren, was terrible. We had started to think of trying a different company. Until we got Jeffery for our specialist this year.
Jeffery explains exactly what he is doing and answers any questions we might have with expert knowledge about the services he is providing us with.
He takes his time, but is done within a reasonable time frame. The specialist last year would come and spray the trees spray for five seconds in the air for our yard and never sprayed around the outside of our house for the insect controll that we pay extra for.

They are efficient and let me know what is going on! Only thing I would like them to change is the machine they use for aeration which causes bigger than needed holes in the turf! This at times does not help in the growth of new seeds in the lawn!

Great service today.
I know I need aeration and overseading, but have no idea of the cost for such a service. I have joined mid season due to bad service from another company, and have 3 more treatments this year.
Could you tell me when overseading and aeration is done and what is the cost?

TruGreen does a good job and keeps me informed at what they have done and what they are going to do. As for the price, it is very expensive!
