To whom it may concern, I recently had a problem with some weeds that had come up in our lawn. I called my local branch (Wixom, MI), and they set up an appointment for a specialist to come out and review our property. The TruGreen specialist, Warren Nall came out to address the issues. I found him to be very insightful, and patient as we discussed the issue. He took the time to walk the property with me to fully grasp the extent of the weeds. Then, armed with a backpack sprayer he went around spraying the weeds.
Mr. Nall is a true professional and I appreciate his knowledge of lawn and turf maintenance. Thank you TruGreen...much appreciated!

My yard is beautiful.. Several compliments from neighbors and people just passing. When I do have a compliant or a problem it is taken care of prompt manner.
There are dandilines in my yard. With service having taken place on March 24, I did not expect to see weeds.

Justin Hurst, truck ID 118830, was my service specialist. He provided me with outstanding service - friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and careful about not spraying or stepping in our flower beds. He helped me review my lawn challenges and was patient with answering my questions. His truck and uniform were clean and presented a top-notch professional appearance! I've seen other companies service my neighbors' lawns and Justin was head and shoulders above them! I am trying out this service for the first time and am using it for my front lawn and side areas. If this turns out well, I plan on upgrading and including the backyard.

TruGreen service guarantees my lawn will be fertilized, weed controlled and checked for improvements on a routine maintenance schedule. It’s a large area and I don’t have tools or stamina to do good things for it.
