The way the yard looks and the caring techs
We found you at the Home Show at the Suburban Collection in Novi. which was convenient. We signed up. Service was done promptly . WE signed up on saturday and our lawn was treated on Wednesday. However we were not home so I could not ask questions. It is too early to tell if our lawn is weed free and greener. The TruGreen tech seemed to be qualified and left us a detailed description of what he applied to the lawn. I think TruGreen is expensive but then everything is more expensive these days. Hopefully you will get rid of the creeping Charlie that lives in my lawn.
I like that fact that you call in advance of your services, Techs are responsive to my inquiries if I have questions and my lawn looks beautiful! Additionally, when I experienced an issue with Grubs, I contacted customer service representatives, and they were responsive and resolved my issued immediately. Overall, I am pleased with the services I receive from Trugreen and have been a customer for the past 13 years.
