I only have one complaint: there are weeds growing around the edges of my lawn. I called last week but no one has been out again to address this situation. It seems as if the tech only sprays the centers and is in a hurry.

My trees and shrubs are doing quite well due to nutritional applications and pest control applications. The service technicians are courteous and seem to do a thorough job. If I ask them about issues concerning my my lawn, trees, and shrubs, their explanations are sensible and trustworthy. When I ask for additional weed control, they comply with my requests.

You come and do you work, and all I have to do is see results. I am in awe of your mosquito program. Before I contracted for this service, I was being eaten up by mosquitoes and could not even go out in the yard. I am allergic to them, and was miserable. Since this program started, I have not had a single bite. We even had a huge party outside last weekend with 100 guests, and many noticed that they were not being harassed by mosquitoes. I told them why--that Trugreen was spraying the yard.

I have tried many lawn services, and I must say that TruGreen has something special they do with my lawn. I keep up with watering and I am very impressed this year with my lawn. I also like the detailed description of what service was done that week as well.
I like that the person performing the service rings the doorbell to ask if there are any questions/concerns I might have before working in the yard. Nice touch!
