I like the fact that the office calls my house the day before the application to alert me as to when the technician will arrive. That simple courtesy allows me to either mow the lawn before the tech arrives, or make sure the kiddos stuff is picked up from the lawn. Unless there is a raging storm, the tech always shows up on time. Way to go TruGreen 👍🏻
Besides being generally very good, the service is performed on the day it is scheduled to be done.

they notify you a day ahead when they are coming.
They notify you when they have arrived. This is good for us because we have over 21/2 acres which only part is serviced. I usually have to tell the fellow where the part is which will be treated
