Quality of service and willingness to get things right. There have been a couple times where, after a mosquito defense treatment, there were still some bugs and TruGreen happily came back out within a couple days, resprayed at no cost to me, and fixed the issue.

Kenneth White did our mosquito defense and did a great job! He walked our yard with me before hand so I could tell him the areas of my concern. He reassured me that he would take care of those areas but also had a few recommendations as well. He took the extra time to answer all of our questions. I will be requesting Kenneth to take care of our yard for our next treatments.

Your personnel are efficient ,respectful, and always remember to shut and lock backyard access gate to keep out per safe. We also appreciate the ablility to call in if an application appears not to have worked well ( in the case of mosquito protection ) and get a reapplication promptly. You help us enjoy our yards and garden each year with more ease.
