I especially liked, specialist Ruben Reynoso because he was engaging and had good tips for me as I worked in my yard. I liked that he used the seeded fertilizer instead of the liquid. I think that the liquid is too harsh on my flowers after they bloom. In the summer, in the last 2 years, my flowers in front and bushes in back looked burned. I suspect that it was the liquid fertilizer.

The app features and communication has greatly improved. When I first became a customer I would get a notice that service was coming, and there was no weather to delay service and I wouldn’t receive service for sometimes a week after I was called to say I was originally getting service. With the addition of the app and seeing real time arrival and completion of service has been a help rather than having to call customer service. My lawn is looking good, but I am hoping that I can meet my application specialist at my house one day for his suggestions on how to improve my front lawn to make it as lush and green as my backyard. However, it is hard for me to be home during service.
Best feature I like about true green is the fact that they call with arrival time ahead of time and actually make it on time. It's a well organized system that many other companies dont really pay attention to.
