The communication between the office and with the technicians when they are on site has been great. The weeds are under control and the turf is healthy.
I like the fact that I have my dedicated lawn and tree/shrub technicians that handle my property who are familiar with the lawn issues as well as my tree/shrubs. Once a relationship is established, you want to continue that vs just having show up who doesn't have a clue what's going on with the property their treating.
Without a dedicated team servicing my property, i would need to seek out a different service provider. I have been a long-term customer for 47 yrs. (28 in Naperville; 19 yrs in Bartlett when their were ChemLawn)
