Prompt service
It would be nice if the person could do the service without being on their cellphone, and make sure to cover all the areas and not hit and miss due to being on their cellphone. Like the one who did my service this month. I should not have to call in to report this issue. They should finish and I also didn't get my slip statement stating it was done.

Most of all I like when you call the day before to let me know your tech is coming the next day. They are all courteous and answer questions to the best of their knowledge. If they do not know they will ask and a rep will call with the answer, based upon my experience last year.
