My lawn was in the most awful condition 2 years ago. Weedy, sparse, bare patches. All this in spite of he fact that I fertilized and did weed control on a regular basis. I was just losing the battle. I called TruGreen and spoke with Melissa, who was most informative and knowledgeable about lawn care. I started their "full" year service in 2022 and by Spring 2023 there was a remarkable difference. By the end of 2023 my lawn had thickened up considerably and looked way more healthy. Now, it's 2024 and I have added more areas adjacent to the actual lawn area to be treated. Based on the past 2 years of treatment, I know it's going to be great!
I like it that Michael Griffin my maintenance guy came to my door to ask me if there was anything in particular I needed done on my yard. I asked him a couple of questions and he answered and went to work even in the rain.

Today we had our trees and shrubs serviced by TruGreen technician, Bryan Hayward, who was great. He kept me informed about what he was going to do today. We have had our yard, trees and shrubs serviced at our residence since 2008. TruGreen is the best and we look forward to having them service us for many more years!

I have the greenest lawn in my neighborhood due to the Tree, Shrubs and grass treatments provided by Truegreen.
Your field technicians are exceptional , they are the reason customers return to True Green. Your supervisors could learn a lot from their customer oriented outlook. The supervisors I and several of our friends and neighbors have dealt with over the years promise a lot to correct problems but deliver very little if anything at all. Your phone service has become almost useless, once a customer is able to talk to someone about a.problem, they seem more interested in cutting the phone call off than dealing with the problem. I hope this input helps.
