I was having a difficult day at a local merchant and when I arrived home, I noticed that Jeffrey was completing my application, I saw him actually get off the machine that he was riding on and picked up some trash that was thrown in my yard between the road and my property. I live in a rural area and people tend to dispose of their plastic cups and food wrappers. I could not believe my eyes that he took it as his job to not only treat my yard but also clear it of debris. That day was very cold and getting windy and he still took the time to do that! What a wonderful thing to do!! He quickly changed the nasty attitude that I had earlier from my bad experience at the dealership and replaced it with joy. He made my day so much better. Service techs always share critical observations on lawn condition and what needs to happen to improve.

If I have a problem you take care of it. I also like our specialist, Jason Keeley. He is polite, friendly and courteous . He wants our yard to look as good as his.

The tech (Joseph Torres) that did my service was great. Yesterday was garbage day so a ton of garbage had blown into my yard. He started picking it up even after I told him that I would rush around and pick it up so he could start spreading the fertilizer.
