TruGreen is fairly priced, services performed on time as scheduled, and the technicians are always courteous and helpful.
Typically everything is great. My most recent service left a gigantic burn in my yard right next to where the truck was parked and the hoses came out. Not sure if there were chemicals leaking but there is a huge spot where the grass is burned.
With TruGreens help the lawn looks good.

Generally I am happy with the service. As I am usually out of town during the summer, I am rarely there when it is performed.
The field employees are prompt, friendly and certainly know their craft. Our home and lawn are only 2 years old but our lawn looks healthy even during a very dry season. We’ll continue to use TruGreen services for the foreseeable future.

After my last treatment, some burn marks appeared in my lawn. Emmanuel Scott (Specialist #30086) came out within a few days, talked to me about it, assured me that it was temporary and that it would grow back with some rain / water. He also provided me a courtesy treatment for some crab grass that was starting to come in. Emmanuel was great and I appreciated his insight.
