William(Bill) has serviced our trees and shrubs for years. He knows what we want and expect so there is never a question about an application. Having him specifically has truly improved our landscape and lessened our anxiety about who did what. We do have some particular concerns and he is always patient and willing to address them.

For the most part, I am pleased with TruGreen services. However, I have noticed more weeds in my lawn this year than previous years, especially around the perimeter of the yard. I hope that can be corrected in the future.
