I like the fact that I get a call notifying me that a technician will arrive the following day. That gives me time to do any yard work before his arrival if I need to do any. I also like that the technician doesn't need me to be at home. They come, do what they need to do, and leave a notice telling me what they did and instructions telling me what I should or shouldn't do to maximize the effect of their work.
Best of all I like that it is so easy to have the most beautiful lawn on my block.
