Doug is great, but when you schedule him to service on a storm or rainy day, it's not his fault that it washes away & my lawn gets not good out of his service.
My grass has never looked better. I had a local service last year and my grass was terrible as was their customer service. I will definitely continue service next year!!

The lawn care technicians and the services that they provide are excellent !
What I don't like are the excessive phone calls re; bug control, tree and shrub services, selling rock salt etc. etc......; these calls are time consuming and annoying , at one point I considered cancelling the services just to stop these excessive calls, you should consider changing your policy regarding these far too frequent calls

Been a customer for a long time. My lawn was in terrible condition when I started, It is now in good condition. The associates I have had at my lawn all have been polite and very knowledgeable.
I recently had a scheduling and service issue. I called and customer service remedied the issue. It had been over two months since the last service. Then a scheduled service was missed. They explained they were having a computer scheduling issue and were working through that issue. They also marked my next two services for no charge.
The service tech, Dave, is great! He explained what he was doing and why. He identified what some of the various weeds and plants were and how they were to be treated. As it looked as if it was going to rain, he advised me to call for a free reapplication of weed killer in the event it did. He said the rain was double edged. It would help the fertilizer get in the soil but, unfortunately, would wash the weed killer off the weeds.
I appreciate Dave's knowledge and efforts. I had to deduct one star for the scheduling issues tough. That's not Dave's fault, that lies higher up, at the corporate level. But, rest assured, if you call, they will correct any hiccups.
I'm a newcomer with TruGreen. After the first treatment, I was complimented on how my grass looked. I was thrilled! I met the first "specialist" who treated my grass and haven't been available to meet any others, until I met Bill Celmer, the last guy who was here. He was very polite and informative. I'm anxious to have the aeration because I, personally, have not had luck with my grass, despite the fact that I have a shed full of "treatments and equipment" ready to watch it grow.
I'm depending on TruGreen now. Except for mowing, you handle it for me, please. Just keep doing what you're doing and I'll have thick healthy grass to compliment my beautiful flowers!
