I want to give some feedback regarding my Tru Green experience so far. I found my original phone contact with your local associate in Allentown to be good and he explained the various programs very well. I am sorry I do not remember his full name only "James." However, I then received a phone message that our first service would occur the next day but the next day no one appeared!! I called Tru Green and talked with an associate somewhere in TN who said she would have the local Supervisor call to let us know if when he would be making an appearance. Again, no call. This is when I requested a refund of our original credit card payment of $864.73 and indicated I did not want a pre-pay program but would make call for individual applications. Then we received a call on May 9, 2017 that we would received service the next day. On May 10, 2017 at 9:43 AM Alfredo Cruz and Miguel Rivera showed up and serviced our two lawns leaving a very detailed service ticket which I greatly appreciate. We were not home during the application but noticed the temporary signs left on our two lawns.
I want to say that a couple of days later I noticed the weeds were wilting severely indicating that the application which included in addition to fertilizer some powerful herbicides which were clearly doing there job. I am very satisfied the job Rivera and Cruz performed on our 874 and 876 Copella Road lawns. I received a call yesterday regarding my refund request from a supervisor in Allentown, again I do not remember his name as I was cutting my lawn at the time of the call. But the result of this call was I agreed to let the $864.73 credit stand and use this credit to pay for four applications on each of our two lawns.

Mike Hillegass serviced my lawn today. He knocked on my door and introduced himself to me, advised what he was going to do today, very professional and very nice young man. I was pleased with him, he presented himself very formal and professional.
Mellissa is great. If I am home she explains what the service is and results I should get.

For my first years with TRUGREEN my specialist was Jonathan Sanchez. His service was why I continued to have TRUGREEN. He was very informative and polite. Today I had a new lawn specialist, Mike Hillegass, Branch 5721 and he too was very informative and very polite and just a real asset to your company. I am so happy with TRUGREEN and the specialist I have to care for my lawn. (He also had a great cologne on which reminded me of my grandson). As long as you have good servicemen and good products I will be a forever customer. Thank You!
They work!! I don't mind mowing the lawn, especially now that my lawn is all grass. Before I hired Trugreen, it was grass, clover, crabgrass and some other funky things.
