Melissa Lee (Specialist 51036) Is the BEST and most customer friendly specialist that I have ever encountered. When Scotts cared for my lawn, the best it has ever looked is when Melissa was the specialist. When Tru Green "took over" caring for my lawn, all went down hill. I had requested Melissa to maintain my lawn thru Scotts and never saw her again thru the Tru Green process. Melissa was sent here on a "service call" on 6/5/17, which I initiated as a result of the condition of my lawn after a normal application visit on 5/11/17. On 5/11 I tried to walk my property with the "New" tech, but he appeared to me not interested in me showing problem areas on my property. I have had different techs since the takeover and really would like to see Melissa return to doing my service. I am very doubtful about being a Tru Green customer going into 2018. I am very sorry but I have also taken many of my neighbors into the Scotts/Tru Green program and I don't believe they are too happy either. I know of one that has already discontinued the service with Tru Green over an issue.

It's always great to speak with the TruGreen Technicians; they are aways helpful in offering guidance to cutting my lawn and helping me to have a truly green lawn. Cliff Simpson even reminded me to sharpen my blades and went the extra Mile to point out some discolored spots in my lawn, thanks Cliff!

Recently, on May 27, 2017, specialist Andrew Moore serviced my lawn. I have had three services so far this year and to date Andrew has been the most knowledgeable and kept me informed as to what he was doing. I have been home every time service has been done and he was the only one to introduce himself and tell me what he would be doing while he was here. You should have more techs like him. Others were barely here a couple of minutes and I had no idea what they were doing until I read the invoice. Once, I wasn't even sure my backyard was done since he was done so quickly. I would like to request that Andrew Moore remain my service tech for the remainder of my contract. I would score him at perfect 10.!!

Your web site seems to have a problem. Your service representative Skip Keim serviced my house yard yesterday. He gave me a card saying "Tell me how I'm doing" I followed the instruction on it to rate him on your True Green website, and the "Rate Your Specialist" box that I am suppose to click on just is NOT there! So how can I race him?

I just started my service with Trugreen, but so far, service was on time and specialist was very helpful in providing tips. Also, I have asked for a follow-up on understanding my lawn and the specialist provided comments which I would like to discuss with him personally so I am waiting for a call from Chris Dewalt to discuss his recommendations.
I like that my lawn looks amazing and healthy. I like that you call me and let me know before you are coming. And you also leave a note on my door to let me know you have been here and what you did. Your staff is friendly and informative and always try to make contact if I am home when they arrive. Thanks for everything !
