Grass trees that you fertilize look good
I like that I dont have to call to schedule service, it's done automatically. However, if I ever need a service performed in between regular sessions, TruGreen is very accommodating and will schedule and perform the service at no extra charge.

On time, come back when I am not satisfied or need advice
Don't like that the technicians do not leave receipts, telling what was done, they can leave them under the door mat. I have mentioned this before, but different men come, I only know because they leave signs on the lawn.
I don't want to go on the computer to see the information, I want them to leave the print-out.
Have been a customer for many years, I don't think this is too much to ask.
The service is good . Please remind the serviceman to be careful not to get overspray onto flowerbed and garden . A few more days notice before service would be better also , to remove yard clutter . The service works ! We have never had less weeds and the lawn gets nice and green . Thank You. Michael O’Laughlin
