I was home when the service was done so I was able to talk to the specialist who performed the service. His name was Kaissimi Karim. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do and what I could expect. I had some concerns about my lawn because of last year's lack of rain. There were a lot of areas that had not bounced back. He assured me that they were still dormant but would recuperate. He spent time explaining everything to me. I would gladly give him a 10.
