1. Survey is not easy to navigate for branch office and inserting email addresses. Make it frictionless.
2. Mary did a great job and is very responsive to my issue relating to my lawn.
3. Sam did an awesome job diagnosing the problem with my lawn and will hopefully be assigned to my account permanently inorder to solve my lawn problems.

We are notified when you are going to service our lawn and notify us of any changes to the date due to weather conditions or otherwise.
Your service personnel have always been courteous and professional.
I like that you let me know in advance when my service date is and give me a report each time.
The reports seem a little bit boiler plate end it would be nice if you were going to issue out your service technician’s observations they were a bit more customized. For example in the same report it says:
• I noticed the lawn is mowed at the proper height with a sharp mower blade. This helps promote a healthy lawn.
• I noticed a dull mower blade is tearing the grass giving it an off-color appearance.
which makes me think someone isn’t really looking at the lawn but just ticking all the boxes.
I also noticed when you did a pH adjustment after applying lime - no one came out to verify the soil pH to show it’s in an acceptable range.
Trugreen is the best of all aspects.
My grass is finally green. There is more but I don’t think I can express it all in a survey
The blanket of grass is now fully green with no brown burned out places.

I would like to see the actual technicians know more about grasses, weeds etc. & be able to adjust the treatment plans.
I kind of feel we get standard treatments rather than individually planned services based on the yard conditions.
The technicians all seem like nice people & are generally friendly.

The lawn is coming in nicely and weed reduction is very apparent. It requires patience, which many people don't have, but I do see a difference over time. (This is now the second full season we've used TruGreen.) I've had the occasional billing issue here and there, which prevents me from giving a 10 rating, but those issues are generally resolved; it just takes some time.
The technician, Nicole, does an excellent job and our lawn has greatly improved since we signed up and she began applying Tru Green's fertilizer.
